Welcome to the 2015 Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting

2015 marks the 10th anniversary of the UK’s biggest playwriting competition!

We caught up with some of the Judges for the 2015 Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting to find out more about how they see their role as judge, what they look for in a script and how they might respond to this year’s provocation of Create Your Own Stage…

We caught up with previous winners of the Prize to discuss how the Prize changed their journey as a playwright, what inspires them as playwrights, how theatre has changed in the last ten years and  how they would respond to the provocation of Create Your Own Stage.  If you’re in the process of writing your play for this year’s Prize, we hope these previous winners might inspire you!
