Monthly mental health and wellbeing surgery

The online monthly mental health and wellbeing surgery is an opportunity for anyone working in the Arts to book a slot with a Counsellor to discuss any issue that is causing you concern.

This is FREE event, but a slot must be booked in advance by emailing support@wellbeinginthearts.org.uk with the heading SURGERY SESSION, they will then work with you to organise a suitable time (time slots are available between 10am and 8pm).

Each session will last for up to forty five minutes and will take place over zoom (a link will be shared once your time shot has been booked).
