‘After I won the prize my play was produced in the Studio at the Royal Exchange. This was hugely exciting and the production got a great response. Since then I’ve continued to work as a full-time playwright. Projects have included several plays for young people for the Unicorn and Polka theatre, a new play called Blink for the Soho theatre which has been seen around the world, and several projects for the RSC’ Phil Porter
