The National Youth Theatre want to meet theatre directors and facilitators from all backgrounds and from around the UK to expand their pool of passionate associate artists.

They  are particularly interested in applications from people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds, Disabled people, or from other groups currently underrepresented in the arts and theatre sector and from those living and working outside of London.

You will get to work directly with groups of brilliant and inspiring young people creating exceptional theatre and share your energy, drive and process with the next generation of young talent.

Shortlisted candidates are required to attend a selection/ training day on either the 9th November 2019 (London) or 16th November (Manchester), 10:00 – 18:00. Candidates should only apply if they are able to attend one of these selection/training dates and should state their preferred date in their application.
