Are you a freelance artist identifying as Black, Asian or ethnically diverse and/or D/deaf or Disabled? Feed into the conversation – discuss, share and debate ideas.

Bring your coffee or chai and join Spark Associate Trina Haldar for this Vital Spark event, as you discuss, share and debate ideas and concerns relating to the current climate.

A Seat at the Table invites you to take your place to build and deepen a sense of community amongst freelance artists wanting to make and share work with children, young people and families.

Through the Kitchen Table format the conversation will offer an opportunity to learn from and share with each other, provide a platform to collect opinions and concerns and discuss options and alternatives in relation to recovery and the role artists can play.

Conversation is a powerful thing – notes and outcomes could become requested actions to be circulated with Vital Spark partners and the wider sector.

Future meetings will be held monthly on the first Thursday of every month. This network meeting has been establish following a consultation period in summer 2020, you can read about these conversations on the Vital Spark Blog page https://vitalspark.blog/
