Catt Belcher is Producer at the Octagon Theatre Bolton, and freelance Producer based in Manchester. At the Octagon, Catt manages the budgets and creative management of 8-10 in-house productions per year, artist development, programming and new work. Catt oversees the employing of all freelance creatives and the casting process, as well as continuing to develop the ways in which the Octagon supports and develops local freelance artists.

Olivia (Liv) `Barr works part-time as the Assistant Producer at The Octagon. In her role, Liv supports the Producer and Artistic Director in delivering the artistic programme, oversees casting for all productions, coordinates the delivery of accessible performances, and produces other artistic activities such as outdoor performances or playreadings. Liv is also a freelance Casting Director and has been involved in casting for London, the West End and regional theatres. Liv is passionate about inclusive casting, as well as connecting regional theatres with local talent. Liv has also been awarded an Arts Council ‘Developing Your Creative Practice’ grant to develop non-London-centric casting practices and connect with regional theatres.

Parvati Pindoria is the Marketing and Audience Development Manager at the Octagon Theatre. She is of South Asian Heritage, and is passionate about the Octagon Theatre as it is in her hometown. Parvati has a real passion to open the world of theatre to as many people as possible, including families, disabled people, and those from different cultures and upbringing. Parvati’s job is to reach out to new audiences and retain audiences, and is responsible for marketing campaigns for all events, print management (flyers, posters etc.), website management and audience development projects. She loves spending time with her friends and family, and has an 8 year old boy who is always keeping her on her toes!
