Tickets
FULL: £5
RUNNING TIME: 3 HOURS

In this creative workshop you will use poetry to explore mental health and the ways we can manage and look after our own. Led by poet and journalist, Bridget Minamore, you’ll create your own poetry in response to the themes of #GREYplay. Open to anyone over 18 and you don’t need any writing experience to take part.

Bridget Minamore is a British-Ghanaian writer from south-east London. She is a poet, critic, essayist, and journalist, often writing about pop culture, theatre, race and class.

Accessibility: This workshop is BSL interpreted and will take place in a venue with step-free access. There are some subsidised spaces available for those who may find the workshop fee a barrier to taking part.
