Common Ground is an arts organisation which exists to support the UK theatre industry in achieving greater socio-economic diversity, and help working class artists build sustainable careers in theatre.

They work as expert consultants in socio-economic diversity with theatres and arts organisations across the UK, to increase the accessibility of their artistic programming, outreach and engagement work, and artist development programmes for working-class artists and communities.

Their aim is to increase the accessibility of the UK theatre industry for artists from working-class backgrounds, and ensure these artists have equal ability to gain the skills, experience and opportunities needed to build a sustainable career in theatre.
