EVERY FRIDAY FROM 9.30AM TO 11AM ON ZOOM.
THE FIRST WORKING-CLASS COFFEE MORNING IS ON FRIDAY 8TH MAY FROM 9.30AM TO 11AM
COMMON are inviting working-class creatives who work in the arts to join us for a friendly and supportive coffee morning during the lockdown.
They’ve heard from many working-class creatives over the last month who are feeling a great deal of pressure to be both ‘visible’ and culturally engaged – when all they’re trying to do is keep their head above water in the face of so much adversity.
They understand that for many working-class creatives, simply being connected to peers rather than feeling pressured to be productive can be valuable support during this difficult time.
That’s why they want to offer a positive and uplifting space to bring together our working-class creative community, to chat about how we can get through this together, and to share thoughts on what we’re going to do on the other side.
