Company 3 are looking to meet new facilitators- a facilitator is someone who supports workshops, projects and productions artistically, working directly with  members. They might assistant direct or contribute to the development of a project, but will not necessarily lead or direct it. Facilitators might come with a specific practice to add to our work – writing, performance, voice coaching, music, directing (etc). They pay a standard Artist rate of £150 for a full day, and £100 for a half-day.

• Working with young people is a priority in your work, and something you want to do long-term.
• You already have some experience of working with young people.
• You’re not yet at a stage where you are regularly directing/leading larger projects (we’ll do a separate call out for this at another time).
• They are particularly keen to meet female artists who identify as Muslim, because they want to make sure the Muslim young women they work with see their identity represented in the staff
