Creative Check-In: Queer & Trans Theatre Artists – Tabby Lamb

Fri, 10 September 2021

15:00 – 16:00 BST

ZOOM- The wonderful Jane Christie (she/her) will be managing these Zoom sessions.

Note: Creative Check-In has changed a little. There are now three options when you book. You can choose a standard ticket price of £5, a free ticket if you are in financial hardship, or a donation amount (to pay less than £5 or to give more if you would like). Please DO NOT be afraid to take a free ticket if you need one. There is no limit to how many there are. But if you can afford to give a bit, please do.

Global pandemic? Discrimination in our industry? Uncertainty about the future? Feeling overwhelmed?

The last year and a half has been A LOT. Especially for creatives. So let’s check in with each other!

Staying connected in a crisis is hard. The #CreativeSurvivalKit team invite you to join a drop in chat session led by Tabby Lamb. Tabby (she/they) is a non-binary writer and performer who strives to tell stories that explore the intersections between popular culture and politics. Their debut solo show SINCE U BEEN GONE got a glowing 4* write up from the Guardian. She is an associate artist for Middle Child and Theatre Royal Stratford East. Alongside their passion for writing, Tabby is a facilitator and runs creative arts projects for people from the LGBTQ+ community. This is a session for all Queer & Trans Theatre Artists to help you remember that even in these extraordinary times, you are not alone.
