Crips with Chips is a scratch night that puts Deaf and disabled writers centre stage. Join Graeae every other month at their award-winning and highly accessible Bradbury Studios in East London where they’ll be serving fringe theatre realness with added fries.

No steps, all captioned. Come for the writing, stay for the live music/DJ. BYOB. Oh, and if you’re a Deaf or disabled playwright, come and introduce yourself. Can’t wait to feat. you.

‘I’m really excited we’re launching Crips with Chips. As a theatre maker, rehearsed readings are difficult to access physically and we have limited experience of them. To begin with, we’ll be focussing on our Write to Play alumni providing a platform for their work.
