Downstage Right want to play their part in supporting playwrights, theatre makers and audiences during self isolation and home working. To that end they’re pleased to announce ‘WRITE HOME’- a series of remote events for writers in the South West of England

ONLINE SCRIPT SURGERIES Script Surgery is back – Book a time slot on a set day and get free (remote) feedback on an extract of your work. Look out for an announcement on how to claim a place/dates etc

PLAYWRIGHTS FOR HIRE RETURNS (ONLINE) Their writers will be available for one page play commissions which we will then distribute online. The money raised will be shared amongst playwrights and the actors who record them.
