Plays Rough London are looking for scripts for a new writing night ‘Plays Rough London Presents: Factual and Fantasy’ which will be performed at the Old Red Lion Pub Theatre on Monday 16th March 2020.

Plays Rough are a new-writing collective founded in February 2016. So far they have produced 60 short plays across twelve different events, some of which have gone onto full-length shows across the globe at the Edinburgh, Camden, Prague, Adelaide and Sidney Fringes as well as London venues such as The Space (Isle of Dogs) and the Vaults, and regional theatres like The York Theatre Royal.

What they are looking for

• 0 – 10 minute short plays
• Inspired by the theme ‘Factual and Fantasy’
• Their aim is to provide a stage to facilitate personal growth and the development of projects. They are a space where you can take risks and fail, so that when you succeed it is spectacular not just safe!
