Fizzy Sherbet presents women’s voices from across the world. This is a paid opportunity, each chosen writer will receive a fee, an audio production of the play & inclusion on their podcast. As well as new short plays, the podcast series features interviews with the playwrights about their piece, their process and their inspirations. They also interview a special guest.

Criteria 

• ​Short plays (10-20 mins in length, approximately 15 pages max.) in English on any topic, with a cast size of up to four, and no restrictions on setting.
• There are no guidelines on themes
• One play submission per writer.
• They are looking for submissions from all women, including trans women and non-binary people, who have been traditionally underrepresented in the theatre industry on gender lines, with the aim of presenting a varied and fascinating series of stories.
