The FLEABAG SUPPORT FUND aims to be a complimentary alternative support grant to the already existing charitable funds available to people working in theatre at this time.
The objective is that the fund is made to available whilst still maintaining a clear set of criteria for eligibility. This fund will reflect and recognise that people have an immediate need and we will need to respond as quickly as possible.
Eligibility
In order to be eligible to be considered for the FLEABAG SUPPORT FUND applicants will need to be:

Self-employed or worked on a zero hour contracts.

Must be based in UK or UK citizen who has had contract stopped while on tour abroad.

Have a UK bank account

Have been in active work within the theatre industry in the last 6 months and can not work as a direct result of the coronavirus pandemic / OR Have had confirmed work within the theatre industry which has been cancelled as a direct result of the coronavirus pandemic.

Contracts and CV’s will need to be supplied

Applicants would be expected to have applied for all the benefits they are entitled to.

Eligible professions are all who have worked professionally in the theatre industry (this includes comedians and cabaret performers).
