Sessions are free and will run at Prestwich Library over 4 weeks commencing 17th March 5-7 pm.

Please note: This is a 4 week course and participants must book a ticket for each of the four sessions.

BAFTA award winning comedy writer Sophie Willan, delivers an exclusive comedy writing course especially for Prestwich Library.

Participants will explore, all things comedy – including writing fiction comedy from real life events, how to write for scripts for tele, how to create your first stand up routine, and more.

All participants will also get tickets to stand-up comedy show, Off-limits by Jonny Pelham on 26th April at The Lowry Theatre.
