Join in for a fun, dynamic workshop encouraging and empowering LGBTQ+ creatives to harness their authentic selves in order to make the most of who they are and all they have to offer.

If you’ve ever wondered how queer you’re allowed to be, Rikki’s answer is clear: ‘as you wanna be.’ This session is all about giving you the mindset and practical skills to get you in the right room; the room where your career is.

Rikki Beadle-Blair MBE is a writer, director, composer, choreographer, designer, producer and performer. He has won several awards including the Sony Award, the Los Angeles Outfest Screenwriting and Outstanding Achievement awards.
