ONLINE STREAM: GLEE & ME – EVENING 7.30PM, 30 OCTOBER 2021

WE ARE DELIGHTED TO BE ABLE TO OFFER GLEE & ME AS A STREAMED EVENT SO THAT EVEN MORE PEOPLE CAN ENJOY THIS ‘VINAIGRETTE OF DESPAIR POURED OVER A SALAD OF JOY.’

Lola is 16-years old, sharp-witted and has with her whole life ahead of her – until she’s diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour, that is. And what’s always made Lola unique is her brilliant mind – a mind that’s rapidly turning into useless mush…

Lola’s promised herself two things before she dies:

1. She’s going to get All The Sex and

2. She’ll definitively discover the Meaning of Life.

GLEE & ME is Stuart Slade’s 2019 Bruntwood Judges Prize-Winning dark comedy, an unexpectedly optimistic portrayal of love and the extraordinary resilience of the human spirit. Directed by Nimmo Ismail and performed by Liv Hill, GLEE & ME is, as Lola would say, kind of like ‘a vinaigrette of despair poured over a salad of joy’.
