Theatre Queers is a free workshop led by members of the Happy Meal creative team for queer writers of all experiences. Places are limited to 20 participants

You can attend in-person at Oxford Playhouse, meeting the Happy Meal team and your fellow writers (and hopefully seeing Happy Meal!) or via Zoom if you prefer 

Join us online or irl as Tabby Lamb and Steven Atkinson share their favourite prompts to get you writing in the session, alongside receiving tips on writing for the stage and advice on how to get your work produced. Participants are invited to write short monologues dramatizing your untold queer stories.

Up to five of these monologues will be performed this September alongside performances of Happy Meal at the Belgrade Theatre, Coventry. The monologues will be filmed and subsequently released online.
