WriteWest provides free playwriting workshops every month for adults without professional theatre experience. These cover a wide range of skills and are led by leading theatre-makers. They take place in venues across Devon, Gloucestershire and Somerset.

Bursaries to cover travel costs are available for each workshop for people who are in financial need and/or have specific mobility or access requirements. To apply for a bursary, please send Papatango a letter of not more than 200 words explaining why you need a bursary and including your relevant travel information/costs. Please send applications as part of your request for a place on a workshop, and no later than one week before the date of the workshop you wish to join.
