Are you aged 16-25? Are you interested in telling or writing stories? Do you write plays, theatre projects or films? Do you write lyrics, librettos or songs? Do you know anyone who does?

Pentabus Rural Theatre company are recruiting for their Young Writers and Theatremakers for 2017-18. The course starts in October 2017 in Hereford, leading up to a professional production of your work in Summer 2018.

Through a series of FREE workshops Pentabus will teach you the principles of great playwriting, and how production elements like acting, writing and design can make a story come to life onstage. You’ll work with professional playwrights, actors, directors and designers, writing a short play or project for professional production at the end of the course.

Timeline

The Young Company Writers’ Group start on the 11th October at Hereford College and on the 12th October at Royal National College of the Blind, Hereford at 5pm-7pm.
