Project Ovation monthly script surgeries

Are you a female-identifying playwright with a full length play in development? Or perhaps you’re a female-identifying dramaturg, director, producer, actor or lover of new work.  Project Ovation are hosting monthly script surgeries to help develop brand new female-centric plays at the Arts Theatre, London. Ovation aims to create spaces and events to support and encourage women and female-identifying creatives in theatre.

In each session, 4 emerging writers will share 15 minute extracts of their work in development and receive facilitated feedback from a supportive group of enthusiastic artists. There will also be the opportunity to network and build relationships with other artists passionate about female-led theatre. With these sessions Project Ovation want to empower female-identifying writers, female-centric stories and aid the growth of more diverse parts for female-identifying actors.
