As part of Queer and Now, Live Theatre is looking for extracts of work from Queer theatre artists from the North East who identify as LGBTQ+ of which a number will be selected to be performed as part of the Queer & Now Scratch Night on Wed 19 Feb.

Guidelines

• Extracts of theatrical work by LGBTQ+ artists living or working in the North East.
• These extracts should be approximately 10 to 15 minutes long
• Be story led. They are not looking for non-verbal performance or dance pieces
• Be work-in-progress
• Be able to be performed with minimal technical support
• There will be approximately five performance slots available.
• Successful applicants will be paid for their time involved.
