THE ROYAL EXCHANGE THEATRE IS CURRENTLY SEEKING A CRM & DIGITAL SYSTEMS LEAD – MATERNITY COVER TO JOIN THE FACILITATING TEAM AND WORK CLOSELY WITH THE CONNECTING TEAM. ALL ROLES WORK TOGETHER TO START CONVERSATIONS, DEVELOP NEW AND DEEPEN EXISTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH AUDIENCES BY COMMUNICATING THE WORK OF THE COMPANY, ITS VISION AND VALUES.
The CRM and Digital Systems Lead will take a lead role in the development and delivery of integrated digital communications and our CRM system. This is an audience focused role. You will work across teams, with visitor facing, marketing, development, and engagement colleagues to ensure a joined-up approach to digital communications and development is achieved. The role will have a primary focus on our website and CRM system.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join this exciting part of our journey. This role is a unique opportunity to be a vital part of a team that will see the Royal Exchange re-emerge and invite the communities of Greater Manchester and beyond to come together and experience exhilarating and daring stories from incredible artists and voices.
