Rural Touring: Accessible to Everyone?

An online discussion with and about disabled artists and rural producers touring live work outside of urban areas.

Join Unlimited online for a free online discussion about touring disability-led live art beyond cities and across the UK, with Unlimited commissioned artists Cheryl Martin and Jack Dean joined by representatives from rural touring company Pentabus and Surrey arts centre Farnham Maltings. Chaired by the team from Unlimited, the commissioning programme for disabled artists, you will discuss if and how rural arts can be fully accessible, and who is present or absent right now among artists and audiences in rural places.

When you’re booking, please indicate if you need us to provide any access support in order to take part. BSL or captioning are available on request. You can also use the booking form to let us know about any specific access requirements you have. Make your request at least a week in advance of the event, please.

14.25- Panel discussion. Opportunities for participant questions and discussion throughout.
