Script Surgeries are a chance to get bespoke dramaturgical advice on an extract of your work in progress. Playwrights and theatre-makers who are currently developing a new script are invited to book a 30 minute, one-to-one meeting with freelance dramaturg and Paperwork’s Co-Artistic Director, Hayley Greggs in association with E&P New Works Associate, Francesca Peschier.

This month’s Script Surgery will take place using Zoom on Wed 29 July from 3-5pm. Playwrights and theatre-makers are able to request a 30 minute dramaturgy meeting by completing the Google form here.

Names will be drawn at random and meetings will be allocated on Mon 27 July.

Ahead of your meeting, they’ll ask you to send the 10-15 page extract of your script in development (as Microsoft word or PDF) and a few words about what you’d like to discuss (no more than 100 words). They’ll send you our notes ahead of the meeting to help stir the conversation on the day.
