HighTide exists to discover and nurture exciting new plays by exceptional emerging writers. As we enter our tenth year, our writers have consistently shaped the mainstream of new writing theatre today. Could you be next?

We want audacious, challenging and inspiring writing that reflects the Britain and wider world we live in today. Writers from anywhere can apply, although we are particularly interested in writers from communities and demographics that are underrepresented and underserved by British theatre.
