Soho Theatre Masterclasses

Soho Theatre is offering a series of Theatre Masterclasses via Zoom to support the development of new work for the stage while their building is closed. They invite theatremakers and playwrights to use this time to mine your creativity, try things, experiment and discover your next show with guidance from a comprehensive series of exciting artists and industry professionals.

Workshops are £12 each or 7 workshops for £49

3rd June – Writing from Experience, with playwright Yolanda Mercy (Quarter Life Crisis), 1pm – 4pm

10th June – Writing and Form, with Verity Bargate Award winner Dylan Coburn Gray (Citysong), 1pm – 4pm

17th June – Writing Characters, with Soho Theatre Literary Manager and playwright Gillian Greer, 1pm – 4pm

24th June – Story, Structure and Dramaturgy, with Soho Theatre Creative Director David Luff, 1pm – 4pm

1st July – Directing New Writing, with director Sara Joyce (Dust and Armadillo), 1pm – 4pm

8th July – Producing New Work, with producer and artist Daisy Hale (PECS, Not F**cking Sorry), 1pm – 3pm

15th July – Making A Solo Show, with playwright and performer Milly Thomas (DustClickbait), 1pm – 4pm
