STORMY WEATHER: Two-day creative workshops at the Bronte Parsonage Museum

The workshop is open to 16-25 year olds, and places are limited.  Tickets £12 (includes lunch on day one)

This two-day event curated by Melanie Abrahams offers workshops on writing, performance and using your voice for speaking and performance. Starting from a theme of ‘stormy weather’ in the apt setting of the Brontë Parsonage Museum on day one, you will have the opportunity to make, create, perform and present new work at a public showcase at Leeds Library on day two.

You will meet and engage with professional artists Sai Murray, Tobago Crusoe (of Paddington fame!), Melanie Abrahams and Gabriele Zuccarini who work in literature, spoken word, curation, music, graphic design, film and production. They will support you and offer you insights into what it is like to make a living as a poet, musician or creative in the arts industry.
