Submit your script to Talawa Theatre Company

Talawa is looking for new writers.  Send them your play between 1^st July and 31^st July!

They will read every script they are sent and bring in those writers they are interested in working with.  They will also consider you for upcoming opportunities for emerging artists at Talawa including:

• Talawa Writers’ Programme: three new commissions and a programme of development activities
• Talawa Firsts: a season of scratch performances
• Studio Firsts: research and development weeks for theatre-makers

The script submission window runs from 1^st to 31^st July and is open to Black British writers.

Please send your script along with a short covering letter telling us about you and your work to: Jane Fallowfield, Talawa Theatre Company, 53-55 East Road, London N1 6AH.

We aim to respond to you within 3 months.
