Tara Arts is seeking to appoint a new Chair, who will lead the Trustees and Executive in succession planning, change management and shaping the company’s business plan for the next 3 years. The successful candidate will have a passion for Tara Arts’ mission to encourage and develop diversity in the theatre and the performing arts. As an experienced leader in their field, they will have significant experience of change management and strategic thinking to understand and guide the longer-term development of the company.
