This November join Tara Arts for ‘The Listening Space’, be part of a conversation addressing the challenges our sector is facing. Their aim is to understand how organizations like Tara Arts can better support the freelance and wider arts community in the short, medium and long term. This is the embryonic stage of developing a network of creatives.
The conversation will include breakout sessions facilitated by industry professionals exploring role specific issues, lived experiences and productive next steps. There will also be a range of funders and arts development professionals including Arts Council England, British Council, Jerwood Arts and Achates Philanthropy presenting information about current and future funding opportunities.
They are particularly interested in this space being for Asian, Black and ethnically diverse freelancers and industry professionals.
