Group coaching with Ana Baldaia
Friday 06 March – 3pm – 4:30pm

In this coaching session we will explore the power of vision and gain some clarity on our deepest purpose and motivation. We will look into beliefs, and how our behaviours are a result of the way we perceive our own potential. We will look into resistance and how to better manage the inner critic, rejection and self sabotage.

Through a variety of hands on exercises, we will focus on how to take care of our energy and the habits which helps us overcome resistance to allow ourselves to master our power.

Theatre Utopia
Saturday 7th March, 2.30-5.30pm

Theatre Utopia is a free event for theatre workers and students to discuss big ideas of utopia and what steps both large and small we need to take in order to get there.

It might be through radical organising through unions such as Equity and BECTU; it might be through focusing on how to break down hierarchies in institutions; we may debate the effectiveness of artistic director elections or unlimited development time. We may focus more broadly on our political landscape and demand policies like free childcare, a living wage for all, sustainability, getting rid of tuition fees and 100% accessible buildings. We want to think about ideas big and small and organise practically how we can get there.

The format of the event consists of speakers and group discussions in an open space format. Speakers to be announced.

This event is free but ticketed.
