The Supporting Act Foundation offers a variety of programs designed to help emerging artists and community-centered initiatives. Their Creative bursary helps students from marginalized backgrounds get ready for graduation and pursue career opportunities that span technology and the arts. This bursary was created in honor of Jetske van der Wouden, a creative engineer and former WeTransfer employee who sadly passed away in 2021.

Who should consider applying?

  • Students in the final year (2022-23) of any kind of undergraduate course who are pursuing a career at the intersection of arts and technology
  • Who are based in UK, NL, ES, FR, IT, DE
  • Who self-identify as coming from underrepresented or marginalized groups
  • Who are experiencing any form of financial hardship

 

Grant:

Ten bursaries of €10,000. To go toward tuition fees, living costs, study materials, or other educational costs

 

Deadline

September 19, 2022 (at 12PM CET) or until they reach 500 submissions
